This is what I believe the Black Horse stands for - take a look here and BE BLESSED! www.revelation6.com The Balances are EVEN made even by the denarius on each side of the scales and an even balance is ALWAYS a good thing in scripture. The Balances have three measures of Barley on one side. Did you know that whenever Barley is MENTIONED in Scripture that it always brought about Deliverance and ABUNDANCE for the Israelites? . Did you know that it can be a sheaf of barley, a barley cake, 2 measures, 3 measures, or a whole field of Barley and the message is still the same DELIVERANCE AND ABUNDANCE not FAMINE OR MONEY. Did you know that a Measure and Three Measures if you study from the 'law of first mention' in the Bible that it brings the same message, deliverance and abundance?. People have missed out on the BLESSING of the four horsemen and their job to bring mankind TO SALVATION. People think it is the judgement but if that is so, Why do the saints cry out in the 5th seal WHEN are you going to JUDGE and avenge our blood? surely if judgment happened in the first 4 seals the saints would know about it?....... just food for thought...

Hallelujah! Glory to our LORD! The interpretation of Revelation, which we (New Things Church of the LORD) are preaching, is NOT AT ALL from a man’s own idea or analysis. But it is the words of the Lord spoken three times on March 19, 1958 through the mouth of south Korean pastor Boanerge Lee (Roe Ja Lee in Korean). God commanded to write down those words and then we have preached this truth so far. ---------------------------------
Revelation 6:5, NASB And when He broke the third seal, I heard the third living creature saying, "Come." And I looked, and behold, a black horse; and he who sat on it had a pair of scales in his hand.
When the third seal was broken, a black horse came out. Its rider had a pair of scales in his hand’; this indicates that when the red force covers Asia by the revolution, a southern force, capitalism hegemony, appears against the regime of the red ideology, as it is written in Zechariah 6:6. Unless the force of economic hegemony defends Asia, the red force would become out of control. The reason God works like this is because it is not Judgement period yet. He temporally uses the black horse until Judgement period arrives. (5)
6:6 And I heard as it were a voice in the center of the four living creatures saying, "A quart of wheat for a denarius, and three quarts of barley for a denarius; and do not harm the oil and the wine." There was a voice out of the four living creatures saying “A quart of wheat for a denarius, and three quarts of barley for a denarius; and do not harm the oil and the wine”; this indicates economic chaos to come in far eastern Asia. A denarius signifies a reasonable daily wage as Matthew 20:2 says, so it demonstrates that a daily wage will be never enough to make a living. It is the economic chaos that will come at the ends of the East as in Isaiah 41:17. But it is said “do not harm the oil and the wine”; the Last Work which God absolutely protects will take place from eastern Asia where Christianity preserves its essence and prepares both the oil and the lamp. Even though the red force invades from north and the economic chaos comes through capitalism hegemony, no one could harm the Work of truth like the true olive oil and the choicest wine which will emerge in the last days. A denarius stands for daily wage and how can make a living if a measure of wheat costs a denarius? This indicates extreme chaos in economy that will come in the last days; the economic polarization. The reason why martyrs cried out with a loud voice is that the churches built up with their blood make a treacherous intercourse with the force of Hades (pale horse) and compromise with it.
