4 Horses in Revelation
- Rev. 6:1~8 -
Revelation 6:1
And I saw when the Lamb broke one of the seven seals, and I heard one of the four living creatures saying as with a voice of thunder, “Come.”

1. White Horse
- Christian Gospelism: The ideology that depends only on Holy Bible, preaching Jesus’ salvation and judgement.
- He who sits on a white horse has a bow for Judgement and a crown of victory. There are two conquests.

Rev. 19:11
And I saw heaven opened; and behold, a white horse, and He who sat upon it is called Faithful and True; and in righteousness He judges and wages war.
Rev. 19:8
…for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints.
Rev. 19:14
And the armies which are in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, were following Him on white horses.
Jesus rides on the white horse and His saints as well.
They will judge the world at last(Oba. 1:21).

In the world you have tribulation, but take courage; I have overcome the world.
Rev. 1:18
and the living One; and I was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore, and I have the keys of death and of Hades.
Rev. 5:9
You were slain, and purchased for God with Your blood men from every tribe and tongue and people and nation.
The first conquest was the victory of Jesus’ cross.

Zech. 9:13
For I will bend Judah as My bow, I will fill the bow with Ephraim. And I will stir up your sons, O Zion, against your sons, O Greece; And I will make you like a warrior's sword.
Jer. 50:29
"Summon many against Babylon, All those who bend the bow： Encamp against her on every side, Let there be no escape. Repay her according to her work; According to all that she has done, so do to her; For she has become arrogant against the LORD, Against the Holy One of Israel.
The second conquest will be the Judgement.

2. Red horse
- Atheistic Communism: The ideology whose base is atheistic. It has spread throughout the world and tried to demolish the churches. Now Communism looks inanimate, yet they will rise up again as prophesied.
- He who sits on a red horse is granted by God to take peace away with his great sword.
The red horse appears in the form of a certain country after six blasphemous countries; Egypt, Assyria, Babylon, Persia, Greece and Rome.
The country is on atheistic communism and occupies the northern area.

Psa. 10:4
The wicked, in the haughtiness of his countenance, does not seek Him. All his thoughts are, "There is no God."
In their thoughts, they deny existence of our God.

Rev. 6:4
…a red horse…
it was granted to take peace from the earth, and that men should slay one another; and a great sword was given to him.
Eph. 2:14
For He(Jesus) Himself is our peace, who made both groups into one, and broke down the barrier of the dividing wall
Since Russian Communist Revolution in 1917, wherever Atheistic Communism enters, the peace has been taken away.

Isa. 10:5
Woe to Assyria, the rod of My anger And the staff in whose hands is My indignation,
As God used Assyria of the north as His rod and staff,
He will lift up a northern communism country to pour out His anger against depraved churches and world.

Joel 2:20
"But I will remove the northern army far from you, And I will drive it into a parched and desolate land, And its vanguard into the eastern sea, And its rear guard into the western sea. And its stench will arise and its foul smell will come up, For it has done great things."
At last, God will remove the northern army and save those who return to Him(Joel 2:12~).

3. Black horse
- Capitalism & Economic Hegemony: The ideology of mammonism or materialism whose highest value is money. Putting the Word of God under its contempt, this ideology tempts churches and all world.
- A pair of scales in the rider’s hand represents his materialistic thoughts.
At last, this horse will bring about severe economic chaos when a little grain becomes worthier than daily wage.

2Tim 6:10
For the love of money is a root of all sorts of evil, and some by longing for it have wandered away from the faith, and pierced themselves with many a pang.
Micah 3:11
Her(Zion) leaders pronounce judgment for a bribe, Her priests instruct for a price, And her prophets divine for money. Yet they lean on the LORD saying, “Is not the LORD in our midst? Calamity will not come upon us.”
They love money the most, their highest value is money.
Even people in the church wander away from the faith by longing for money.

Revelation 6:6
And I heard as it were a voice in the center of the four living creatures saying, “A quart of wheat for a denarius, and three quarts of barley for a denarius; and do not harm the oil and the wine.”
Isaiah 41:17
The afflicted and needy are seeking water, but there is none, And their tongue is parched with thirst; I, the LORD, will answer them Myself, As the God of Israel I will not forsake them.
Economic chaos is surely foretold to come soon,
Only God’s approved people will survive with their oil(Holy Spirit, 1John 2:27) and wine(the Word, Isa. 25:6) ready.

4. Pale horse
- Compromism: The ideology that tries to make everything mixed; religions, ideologies, cultures, and morals.Especially it accommodates even communism and mammonism against the Word of God, encouraging compromising intercourse of churches with atheism.
- This pale horse is the biggest temptation.
With its indistinguishable color,
this deceitful idea permeates through whole world.
Having a quarter part of the earth, this horse causes massacres, takes the peace away, and kill the spirits of men with materialistic ideas.

2Peter 2:15
forsaking the right way they have gone astray, having followed the way of Balaam, the son of Beor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness,
Revelation 2:14
But I have a few things against you, because you have there some who hold the teaching of Balaam, who kept teaching Balak to put a stumbling block before the sons of Israel, to eat things sacrificed to idols and to commit acts of immorality.
A false prophet Balaam went astray against God by following money.
Churches also will be depraved more than this way.

Inasmuch as these people have rejected the gently flowing waters of Shiloah, And rejoice in Rezin and the son of Remaliah;
2 Chronicles 16:7
At that time Hanani the seer came to Asa king of Judah and said to him, "Because you have relied on the king of Aram and have not relied on the LORD your God, therefore the army of the king of Aram has escaped out of your hand.
2 Chronicles 19:2
And Jehu the son of Hanani the seer went out to meet him and said to King Jehoshaphat, "Should you help the wicked and love those who hate the LORD and so bring wrath on yourself from the LORD?
Nations will compromise and rely on human powers instead of God’s Almightiness.
